1. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

3. The Controller reserves the right to make changes to the privacy policy, and every User of the Website is obliged to be familiar with the current privacy policy. Reasons for changes may include technological development of the internet, changes in applicable law, or development of the Website through, e.g., the use of new tools by the Controller.
4. The Data Controller hereby informs that no Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed and that the Controller independently performs the duties related to personal data processing.
5. The User’s personal data are stored and protected in accordance with the internal procedures implemented by the Controller.
6. The Controller processes User data using appropriate technical and organizational measures that meet the requirements of applicable law.

2. Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, in particular based on an identifier such as a name.
3. User – any entity visiting and using the Website.
4. Website – the website, blog, store located at https://mvpropulsionservice.com/.
5. Privacy Policy – this document containing rules regarding the processing of personal data of Users using the Website.
3. DATA PROCESSING RULES
1. The User provides their data voluntarily but should be aware that in some situations indicated by the Controller, failure to provide certain data will prevent certain actions or services from being performed. If the User voluntarily provides additional data, i.e., data not required, this happens solely based on the User’s consent.

b. taking actions prior to contract conclusion – at the request of the data subject (e.g., preparing an offer) – (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
c. fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, e.g., RODO documentation – (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
d. ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website, which constitutes a legitimate interest of the Controller – (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
e. asserting or defending claims, archival and statistical purposes – (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. RETENTION PERIOD
1. User data will be stored for:
a. the duration of conversations and negotiations preceding contract conclusion or service performance,
b. the period required by law, including tax law,
c. until an effective objection under Art. 21 GDPR is lodged,
d. until effective withdrawal of User consent,
e. the limitation period for claims in case of defense,
f. the period of use of the Controller’s social media.
6. USER RIGHTS
1. The User has the right to:
a. access their data – meaning the right to obtain information on the legal basis and type of data processing,
b. data portability – meaning the right to receive a file with their personal data for transfer to another controller,
c. obtain copies of their data,
d. correct their data – meaning the right to rectify, modify, supplement personal data provided to the Controller,
e. delete data if there is no legal basis for processing,
f. restrict processing if it is unlawful or without a legal basis,
g. object to processing based on legitimate interests of the Controller (e.g., marketing activities),
h. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland,
i. withdraw consent – the withdrawal does not affect processing before withdrawal.
7. DATA RECIPIENTS
Personal data may be transferred to entities providing services to the Controller (e.g., hosting providers, IT support) only to the extent necessary to fulfill the indicated purposes.

The Controller provides a contact form on the Website enabling contact. The User provides their name, email address, company name, phone number, and message content. Data are stored during response time and for archival and defense purposes, which constitute the Controller’s legitimate interest.
